WHO IS MR. SCIENCE?



Jason Lindsey, also known as "Mr. Science," is a highly respected professional in STEM education, science journalism, and meteorology. He is an award-winning author, his second book, "Big Science Experiments for Little Kids," is a best-seller on Amazon.


Jason has appeared on the NBC Today Show, Sherri, Fox & Friends, RFD-TV, WeatherNation, and numerous television stations across the United States.


He is committed to igniting an interest in science by visiting hundreds of schools each year and performing some of his most popular science experiments.


Jason previously worked as a chief meteorologist, multimedia science journalist, and web content manager at television stations across the United States. Jason now produces and hosts a hands-on science syndicated television segment.


Jason, a STEM professional and award-winning meteorologist, brings real-world science connections to schools and holds the National Weather Association television broadcast Seal of Approval.





Lindsey has designed hands-on science curriculum and interactive media for Veggie Tales, Raddish Kids, Hefty, the Ministry of Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Missouri Department of Transportation, the Southern Illinois Miners, and more.


On October 3, 2007, Jason organized “Science Day.” At “Science Day,” Lindsey, along with hundreds of others, launched more than 1,000 “Mentos and soda fountains,” breaking the previous world record of more than 800, set in the Netherlands.
